Refund policy

By purchasing products from this online store, you agree that there are no returns or refunds, unless the conditions apply.

Exceptions

There are exceptions for the following situations (if the conditions are met):

  • The product is not the one ordered/purchased from the online store.
  • The product arrived defective.

For these exceptions to be acceptable, a video must be recorded and sent to marqueting@g-e.mx of the product being removed from the package (the package must be sealed), showing it from all possible angles, showing the product's functionality, or images of the product, depending on the situation.

The time required to receive this proof(s) and request for a refund or return is 30 days for the United States and Canada and up to 60 days for Mexico after purchase. These times are part of the guarantee.

After this period established for each country, any return or refund request will not be accepted.

In Mexico and the United States, you have up to 5 business days after receiving the product to notify us that you no longer want the product and receive a full refund once we have received the product back to our facilities and verified that it is in the same condition and complete as it was sent.
